This program is delivered online through Thinkific and may include live group Q&A sessions using Zoom. I understand that technical issues, including internet, audio, or video interruptions, may occur.

The program provides health education, coaching, and general wellness information. It is not a substitute for individualized medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. I understand that I am responsible for seeking appropriate medical care when needed.

Group Privacy & Confidentiality
I understand that live Q&A sessions may include other participants. I agree to respect the privacy of other members and keep confidential anything personal or health-related that another participant shares.

I will not record, photograph, screenshot, copy, or share any portion of a live group session or disclose another participant's identity or personal information without their permission.

I understand that Nerve Coach Mina will take reasonable steps to protect the privacy of information collected and shared through the program. However, confidentiality in a group setting cannot be completely guaranteed because other participants are present.
